It has been a year since I became a part of the Royal Free Charity Complementary Therapy Team at Barnet Hospital. In this role, I offer personalized massage therapy to our dedicated NHS staff. Many have taken advantage of this unique opportunity to receive treatment during their lunch breaks and consistently return to their busy wards feeling more relaxed, experiencing less pain, and wearing big smiles on their faces.
