Revitalize Your Body, Revive Your Spirit.

I tailor the therapy according to client’s physical condition. During the session I can focus on a specific muscle group to help to maintain or improve the range of movements and flexibility. I also target areas which are likely to cause problems or injuries that could be prevented. Furthermore, my clients get an after care advice such as a set of exercises and stretches to help maintain benefits between each therapy session.

Sports Massage

Alleviates pain occurring in certain parts of the body, which can be caused by too much physical activity. It can prevent or relieve delayed onset muscle soreness. The therapy also releases neurotransmitters called endorphins which can relieve stress, pain and improve physical and emotional wellbeing.

Swedish Massage

Despite being beneficial for relaxation, this therapy is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility while easing tension.

Deep Tissue Massage

Focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, lower back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.

Soft Tissue Release

This is an advanced sports massage technique that is used to assess, stretch, and manage the soft tissues in the body, such as the muscles, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. This approach to massage can often facilitate faster healing after an injury.

Pregnancy Massage

This therapy enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. This gentle, noninvasive approach can ease discomfort, help the mother-to-be prepare for labor and give her nurturing emotional support.

Trigger Point Therapy

Releases constricted muscles that are particularly tight and thus results in pain relief. In many cases, trigger points form as a result of trauma to the muscle fibres. Trigger point therapy helps naturally manage pain and stress from chronic injuries.
